I discovered Jingit last night after seeing a post about it on Facebook via: Debt Free Spending. So far I've earned about $5 just for watching short commercial video clip and answering a few survey answers afterward. I did a Google search for any reviews or scam postings and found this site.
Normally, I am a little skeptical of earning money online. But this one, after careful consideration, proved to be just like they say. Basically, you use your Facebook account to connect to Jingit. There is no need to sign up. You don’t get SPAM mail. It’s pretty simple.
The videos are short commercials on products you would normally see on TV. Because I couldn't actually sit and watch them, I had my 13 year old watch them.. I figured that since he's always in front of the TV (after homework is done), might as well have him earn a few bucks doing what he does best haha.. He thought it was pretty cool and gave me his own "review" of each commercial. That's how easy it is to navigate, my 13 year old could do it with little to no assistance from me.
How do you get paid? You register for a Jingit debit card through USBank. They use your Facebook information, so what ever your address, age, etc. is on your Facebook account needs to match what you enter for your card. The card takes about 10 days to arrive via US Mail, then you activate it and can transfer your daily earnings onto your card. You can then use the card to make purchases. To avoid all of the fees use it as a debit card, not making any cash advances. There is a cap on how much you can earn, but it's still a nice way to put some extra money in your pocket. $5 bucks a week, that's a nice treat for yourself at Starbucks with a friend!
You can increase your earnings by referring friends to sign up using your Jingit link. You can access this link by going onto the main Jingit page, (make sure you're signed in) and click the "post to wall" button. Go to your Facebook wall and click the "Earn Now with Jingit" link. This will take you to your Jingit page, once there highlight your link in the navigation bar and use it to copy/paste your link into a blog post etc. Like I have here. Referrals are only used to increase your weekly earning limit. When you join you can only earn $5 per week. However for every person you refer your weekly earning limit will increase by $0.25. Maximum weekly earning limit goes to $10, which equals 20 refs.
Some Things You Should Know About This Site...
- Number of times you can load your card:
- There is a security threshold of 5 loads per day and 31 loads per month. If you have reached your monthly maximum, it may take a day or so to reset for the new month.
- Social Security number required to apply for the Jingit Debit Card due to USA banking regulations.
- Make sure your info on your facebook account matches information that goes with your Social Security number. For example, date of birth. If information does not match it will cause an error page when you try to apply for the debit card and it will state the information does not match.
- You can also spend your earnings on "musicme" to download songs and tracks.
- Avg Daily Earnings w/out referrals : $5 +/-
- Number of Video Ads: 10 +/-
- Referral Earnings : A $0.25 increase in weekly earning limit for each referral you refer. (20 max.)
